Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an assertive, take-charge leader with an insatiable desire to learn and more attention to detail than they know what to do with to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the on-time delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, while initiating proactive, cross-functional communication.

• A direct, factual, and no-nonsense communicator who doesn’t waste time with “small talk”. 

Assistant Project Manager Requirements :

• Oversees and manages all aspects of several projects simultaneously, including establishing scope, creating goals, developing project plans and tracking progress.

• Leads project teams of various sizes to drive on time and accurate deliverables.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Quality Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

• Documents all findings, updates, and priorities, presenting directly to Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing and leading projects.
