Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event and Brand Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and outreach activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an active environment, meeting new people, representing a company, and gaining hands-on experience in events, customer service, and business development. Responsibilities Help organize event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies. Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers. Present products and services clearly and confidently. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Create positive customer experiences during events and outreach activities. Help maintain an organized and professional event environment. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Gather customer feedback and communicate observations to team members. Support follow-up activities with prospective customers when appropriate. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused and goal-oriented. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
