Role Overview: This position is responsible for leading financial management and transformation initiatives within a federal advisory environment. Key Responsibilities: Review tools and outputs for process mapping, data analysis, and visualization. Lead teams to document current and future financial functions, support change management, develop financial strategies, and create training materials. Identify stakeholders, improve organizational financial operations, and analyze process workflows, roles, and responsibilities. Oversee root-cause analysis, validate corrective actions, create roadmaps, and assess dependencies and risks. Support audit responses, communicate with stakeholders, and manage formal project activities. Interpret and communicate the impact of federal standards, policies, and regulations on financial operations. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of experience in federal financial management, controls, reporting, or audit readiness. Bachelor's degree; professional certifications like CPA, CISA, PMP, or others preferred. Knowledge of FASAB, GAO, FAR, Treasury, OMB regulations, and federal standards. Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and financial best practices. Ability to travel as needed and hold a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
