Role Description The New Home Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Roanoke, VA. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home buying process, including welcoming visitors to model homes or sales centers, conducting community and home tours, and explaining floor plans, features, pricing, and options. The consultant will build and maintain relationships with buyers, follow up on leads, and manage the customer experience from initial inquiry through contract, design selections, and closing. Daily activities include handling inquiries, presenting financing options in coordination with lending partners, preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves collaborating with construction and mortgage teams, attending training sessions, maintaining knowledge of market trends and competitive communities, and representing Ryan Homes professionally at all times. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build long-term relationships with homebuyers. Experience in Sales and New Home Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and guide buyers through the purchasing process. Proficiency in Negotiation and Training, including educating buyers on options and financing while securing mutually beneficial agreements. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently. Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software to manage leads, documentation, and follow-up activities. Ability to work on-site, including weekends and evenings as needed, with strong time management and organizational skills. Prior experience in real estate, home building, or a related sales environment is preferred; relevant licenses may be an advantage where required. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
