To ensure the health and governance of the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Certified Administrator will manage user access, maintain data integrity, and provide training and support to enhance user adoption across cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including user access, workflows, and security settings Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and business operations Drive Salesforce adoption through user training, documentation, and responsive support Required qualifications Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B environment Valid, active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Analytics Studio or Tableau is preferred Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
