The Highland Cleaning Company is looking for experienced residential cleaners who take pride in their work and have initiative to join our professional team.

We care for beautiful private homes throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Our clients expect someone who doesn't simply complete a checklist — they want someone who notices, thinks ahead and takes ownership.

We're Looking For

• Professional residential cleaning experience
  
• Experience in high-end homes, private residences, estates or upscale vacation properties preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Initiative — you see what needs to be done and take care of it
  
• Pride in presentation and the finished home

• Ability to work independently without constant direction

• Care and respect for high-end furnishings, finishes and personal belongings

• Reliable, punctual and organized

• Professional and discreet

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• Availability for some weekends

More Than Cleaning

Our Signature clients may also need help preparing their homes for guests, noticing and reporting maintenance concerns, returning items to their proper place, assisting with laundry or other household requests, and making sure the home is ready before the client or guests arrive.

We are looking for people who are comfortable thinking beyond the basic cleaning list.
